We confirm the lead time once payment clears. US shipping is free for this machine. Canadian customers pay shipping at checkout and any import duties, taxes or customs fees separately. Tracking shows up on your order page when the unit ships.

14 days from delivery to send back a machine you haven’t powered on, in its original packaging. Change-of-mind returns carry a 10% restocking fee. If the fault was ours, nothing comes off and we cover the shipping.

A refund sends back the same number of satoshis we received, not their value today. It goes to the refund address you give at checkout, so use a wallet you control rather than an exchange deposit address.

90 days from delivery on hashboards, control board, PSU and fans. Every unit is bench-tested under load before it ships, and anything that arrives dead is replaced with shipping covered both ways for 30 days.
